Exchange, Return, and Cancellation Policy

Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. This policy is designed to help you return or cancel your purchases smoothly.

Exchange & Return Policy

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • Products that have been installed or used cannot be returned.

  • Note: The original receipt must be presented during the return process.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations are accepted only by calling our hotline: +201221112299, and before shipping.

  • If the shipment has already been processed, the customer will be required to pay the delivery fees.

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit card refunds may take 14 to 20 days, depending on the card issuer’s policy.

  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
